Nicolette Richer is on a mission to, by the year 2030, educate 22 million people on reversing their chronic disease using food as medicine. Set to run and bike across Canada in 2023, Nicolette will meet with BIPOC communities around the country to uncover barriers to food security in the hopes to make real food accessible everywhere so that those most affected by chronic disease can heal themselves through diet.

Dr. Nicolette Richer, DSocSci, is a Chronic Disease Reversal Specialist, serial entrepreneur, author, professional speaker, podcast host, and most recently, an endurance athlete. She is a savvy wellness facilitator and a renowned environmental and sustainability expert, with an insatiable desire to learn and educate. Nicolette transforms people with chronic disease or cancer into conquerors of their condition using food as medicine. Nicolette speaks regularly to captivated audiences about healing yourself from chronic disease through metabolic nutrition, detoxification and cellular regeneration.

Founded by a committed group of visionary Board Members, Sea to Sky Thrivers is a registered Canadian Charity with an aim to work alongside BIPOC communities, youth, educators, and physicians to help people re-Member healthy food systems, Nutritional medicine to reverse chronic illnesses, and food sovereignty. Sea to Sky Thrivers offers learning opportunities to individuals, schools, corporate groups and other NGOs to help communities heal their bodies and the planet.
